02How does deposit payment work?
Via Stripe Connect. Client pays deposit at booking, money flows directly to your bank. On client cancellation within window: automatic refund.
03Can I make age verification mandatory?
Yes. Tick '18+ required' per service, the client must enter their date of birth and confirm. Booking is blocked for minors.
04How do touch-up sessions (free) work?
Create a separate service 'Touch-up' priced at €0 linked to a previous booking. No deposit required, agenda blocks the time as usual.
05Can I temporarily add a guest artist to my studio?
Yes. Add a temporary 'staff member' for the duration of the guest spot (e.g. 1 week). Clients book on their agenda, you manage bookings and any commission according to your internal arrangement.
06Can I note allergies or skin conditions per client?
Yes. The client file has fields for allergies (latex, ink pigments), medication and skin conditions. The consent form automatically asks this info at first booking.
07Can I update my portfolio without rebuilding a website?

08How does payment splitting work for long sessions (full sleeve)?
